Individual Counseling

Individual therapy sessions are 50 and 55 minutes. I provide a warm and compassionate environment, where clients are encouraged to explore their thoughts and feelings openly, fostering personal growth and healing.

Teen Counseling

Individual therapy sessions for teens (ages 14-19)

I support teens in identifying and challenging anxious thoughts, promoting healthier thinking patterns. My goal is to empower adolescents to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and improved emotional well-being.

DBT Skills

In our individual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) sessions, you’ll find a supportive space to tackle life’s challenges head-on. Together, we’ll develop and utilize core mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance and emotion regulation skills to manage intense emotions, navigate relationships, and stay grounded in the present moment.
